Have you decided that you want to have personalized gifts ready ahead of time for different occasions? If so, here are some ideas that might inspire you to create unique gifts that friends and family members will enjoy receiving.

Calendars - Start taking pictures! Accumulate a lot of family pictures from activities you attend over the next several months and have your printer turn them into a calendar. This would be a great 2016 Christmas gift for anybody who attended those activities, especially grandmas and grandpas. What a fun way for them to show off their children and grandchildren! Your printer will help you know how to formal the pictures in an attractive way. 

Note Cards - Are you an artist? If so, consider photographing your creations and having the printer turn them into note cards. You can do this for your children's art work, too. In fact, a great activity for a rainy day would be for your children to color pictures and to write greetings on them. Some fun ones would be words like Congratulations, Happy Birthday, I Miss You, You're The Best, or Thinking Of You. Add exclamation marks, of course. Buy envelopes for the cards, tie each set of cards with a pretty ribbon, some twine or raffia and you've got a perfect gift for any occasion.

Stationery - Are there men on the list of gifts you'll want to give this year? If so, personalized writing paper would be a very handsome gift, especially if you design it yourself. Of course, if you know specifically which men you'll be giving the stationery to, his name and address on the top of the paper would be great. However, if you're wanting to have masculine looking writing paper ready for unplanned occasions, think of writing an inspiring or a humorous quote at the top of the page. One to consider for an inspiring quote would be, Leave The World A Little Better Than You Found It, by Robert Stephenson Smyth Baden-Powel. A good humorous one is, Don't Bother Me While I'm Being A Genius.

Fabric - Don't forget that you can also have things printed onto fabric. Little girl's aprons with the words, Mommy's Little Helper or little boy's T-shirts with I'm A Great Guy would both be great gifts. If you are planning a family reunion, matching T-shirts would add to the fun. A family picture on the front of the shirt with words like Best Family In The Universe or We're Building a Legacy are both excellent choices.
